MY NAME IS SHAWN IRONS, ANIM. DIRECTOR IN TRAINING.

“i’m a animator and i learned my techniques and skills from Vincent. In 2016 I wanted to make games and be part of the industry but i had no idea what i wanted to go in field wise. I met Vincent at a private institute that i was attending and he showed me the world of animation like i never knew.

Since meeting Vince and studying his techniques, I’ve learned so much! Not just animation wise but about the industry in a greater depth. I’ve learned the basic principals of animation, sure but I’ve learned how to implement cool factor in my animation, which is important to me. I had no idea how to put my animations into an engine to test and see how it would feel, game-play wise, and i was able to learn that skill and go even more in depth from Vincent. Additionally, I was paying a lot of money to a school to learn these things and they were just not instructing me these critical game animation skills!

He has been a great mentor and friend and he pushes students under him to get better, how to improve thier skills, and basically points you in what direction you want to take – depending on the matter. He’s not just a great animator but he’s very versitle in the different parts of the games industry, primarily, in what it takes to produce a game. i have to give credit to him for teaching me so many things in the years that i’ve known him.

if ever there was a possibility for me to choose between a “school” / “institution” or to pay to learn in a one on one session with Vince, i’d choose him in a heart beat. he gets you where you need to be but ultimately its still you as the student that needs to put forth the effort with hard work.”

THIS IS CHARISMA.

CHARISMA OFONDU is currently being trained to as our C.E.O. We believe, and it is our great hope, that she will take the reigns of the day to day operations here at our company.

Charisma began her artistic journey late in her life, after high school in fact. She is proof that under the correct training, you can work in the video games industry. I watch with great anticipation to be a part of a momentus occasion, seeing Charisma become the first black-female C.E.O. in the video games industry within Houston, TX.

THIS IS D.T. II, LEAD DEV.

Dwayne and Vincent Michah’El have been working together for almost 4 years.

Thier relationship began with a plan to fix the industry over One piece and sushi… not the food, but a game.

They have worked on Virtual Horse Ranch 3D, Oil and Gas Project X, and Patriarcs and the Monster Caravan.

mentee to lead dev…
this is what our program is about.

THIS IS PRATYUSH, LEAD COMBAT DEVELOPER

we picked up pratyush pretty quickly because of his overwhelming desire to learn and a crazy capacity to implement. most of the time, he was one of the first students in and the last one to leave class. he asked for a shot and we gave it to him.

Not only does Pratyush work as a lead contract developer for in-game combat on patriarcs and the monster caravan, but he is one of our go-to instructors for unreal blue prints.

THIS IS CAT.

Catherine salinas is extrememly brilliant. in many ways, she reflects the capacity of our c.e.o. in the regards of being able to excel at any area of production that she sets her hands to. not only is she a writer, illustrator, and an animator, Cat really crushes it in 3d modeling & unwrapping. These are the life-giving qualities that make superior managers becuase she knows how to bring everything together.

it is unreal how she has been able to absorb and implement everything she has learned in a years worth of time.

THIS IS BRANNON.

“BRANNON LEFT A VERY LASTING IMPRESSION ON ME WHEN WE FIRST MET. THERE WAS A LEVEL OF PROFESSINOALISM THAT I DECERNED FROM HIM THAT ISN’T APPARENT AMONGST YOUTH HIS AGE. HE MET MY PERCEPTION WITH EXCEPTIONAL WORK ETHIC. THIS IS WHY I CHOSE TO WORK WITH HIM AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO.

BEING THERE TO WATCH HIM GROW AND TO CREATE AMAZING WORK HAS BEEN AN HONOR.”
